Are You Going Too Wide In Your Career? So, as you concentrate on pivoting or upgrading from your current position, ask your self this⦠âWho on the market is aware of that Iâm too good to be ignored?â TRANSCRIPT Kevin Kermes: Letâs talk in regards to the difference between going a mile broad and an inch deep, which is what most individuals do in terms of their profession and their job search, versus going a mile deep and an inch broad. Hereâs what I imply by that. Letâs think about how most individuals start their searches.
